The big internet wagering software designer Playtech and Virgin Games have reached an agreement that will see Playtech providing their game library for Virgin’s internet casino.

As part of the deal the two companies will be working together over the next several months to see that Playtech’s online slot games make an easy transition to Virgin’s Casino. The first release is the 25 payline, 5 reel video slot “Rocky”, which is based on the legendary boxing film.

Commenting on the deal, Virgin Games CEO Simon Burridge said: “Since the launch of our custom built platform back in 2008, we have introduced a wide range of new gaming content to our sites and Virgin Games now has one of the widest ranges of casino and slot games available in the UK, hosting over 350 games. The addition of Playtech is a big step forward for Virgin Games customers and we look forward to launching its games with a range of promotions over the coming months.”
